I'm always right when I visit this store. I find good and comfortable shoes. The very nice saleswomen, close treatment and attentive to advise.

Tell them that after more than 30 years buying shoes in their stores, the experience that we have just had my wife has made us stop buying automatically in Rumbo. We have felt cheated and scammed by a saleswoman who did not want to give us a return of shoes that she herself knew were small for my daughter. My family does not even think about entering the store and I hope that many others do.
