He bought a string for my boyfriend on July 31, broke easily, within 2 days of use, we took him to the fix it and they said it was normal that in August took longer for the theme vacation, we are today at 10 January and still no call !! We went to the store as 5 times asking, we phoned, and nothing is totally unconcerned about the subject. Until today they have given us the option to take another, because we wanted our money back. I do not recommend anything this jewelry is not mine the first such case since most people know has happened. Shame.

I bought a watch with great enthusiasm about a year and a half ago. From the first moment it gave problems, one of the pieces fell constantly. I took it to fix at first. After calling countless times and going to the jewelry store many times, they told me that the clock was still in the factory and that they didn't know anything. Then, I decided to go again the day that was just one year since I waited for the clock (a product that was not cheap precisely: 125 euros). I emphasize that it has been a year of waiting in which I have not been able to use it or enjoy it.nOne of the clerks told me that same day that I went, that she had told the manager several times but that nothing was done about it. In addition, he told me to go to another jewelry store in Orihuela, which is usually where the manager is in charge. I went there and talked to the person in charge and told me that his employees had not told him anything about the case. This surprised me: after my insistence and 1 year of waiting, the manager did not know anything! Finally they gave me a new watch and a few days later the same piece fell again. I went back to the jewelry store again and explained what happened again. They called me a few months ago telling me that the clock is fixed again, but honestly after all I don't feel like going back to this place. This situation has caused me a lot of discomfort and just thinking about the clock causes me anguish and weariness. It was the first and last time I performed with you.

The customer service is disastrous. I do not recommend it at all.
