I am a regular customer, twice a week, and in general I am satisfied, but the other day I saw a terrible detail.nThe person from the charcuterie who attended me was preparing like 3 or 4 packages of meat, chopping, cutting and then when it was his turn to serve me, I asked him for fresh cheese, which is eaten raw, with visibly red gloves to handle the meat, he took I cut the cheese and pack it. That detail seems very bad to me, in addition to the fact that I imagine that according to the regulations on illegal food handling.
