Good Morning.nThe news in the press about the DNI and its history in Vitoria-Gasteiz seems good to me, but not everything is as perfect as indicated.nBy way of constructive criticism, it seems to me that they are not very adapted to the 21st century and the current pandemic situation.nOn the one hand, you have to take a photograph, instead of having a photo taken there with a camera, as is already done in other public services: going to a store to take the photo has a cost of € 5, because no one takes you a single photo.nOn the other hand, you have to carry the money in cash, when it is recommended to use the card, to avoid touching the bills and coins.nThe staff is very friendly, but I see the media archaic.
The service by the police officers is exemplary at all times, the facilities old and neglected by the politicians.
Barracks of the National Police, somewhat abandoned due to the little use it is given. Much of the facilities are in disuse. Attentive and correct personnel in the treatment.
