At the time of the claim they can only file administrative fines to companies which does not solve the problem of the consumer. The only good thing is that if you are right and you are breaking the law, they provide you with a favorable report with which to report in court. Although this whole procedure is long and tedious, which influences many consumers to put aside the claim when it comes to little money. a greeting
