They are very efficient. They pick up the phone the first time. The emails answer them very quickly, just in a few hours. They are very nice; always with a smile. A slightly older lady told me to sit down for a few minutes while I waited for a paper. He invited me to a coffee. All very correct. I am looking forward to returning. Thanks a lot.

I requested my appointment and nowhere on the page or in the text message they send said that I must have a passport and a full copy of it. I think they should be more specific and assume that we know what they already know.
