I asked them not to cut my hair straight and it was just what they did. I asked for a cut to layers and to do it faster they ignored my suggestion and they cut it straight, fast and badly. Then they charged me a bestiality for a bad cut and a mask that they did not even ask me if I wanted to. Super dissatisfied, I will never return.
