The only value here is that you are sitting on nice closed square in the middle of the city.nFood is on the edge of disaster despite the fact that it arrives very quickly.nPersonal is not really understanding what you ordered and some orders are simply forgotten.nWe eat half of the food we ordered and ran away.nNever got to drinks or coffee.nTypical low cost, low quality tourist bistro/cafe bar.nAvoid at any cost.

You order coffee with ice and they charge you 0.10 cnt for the ice in the first bar that they charge me for this, so I'm sure you ask for water and they also charge you for it.

Warm in the heart of Vitoria. A nice rustic style ... And I had a good time there.
