If I get to know, I don't make them do a work. After a year, a rain septum is lifted and I ask you to come and make the repair. So far so good. Once the operators arrive, the owner of the company calls me and tells me that the repair is not guaranteed because it was windy. I do not know anything about guarantees but I still accept the payment of € 350 (amount not negligible for travel and repair). I call my insurance company at the moment and they tell me that they need an invoice to cover the amount of the accident. Then there comes my surprise when the owner refuses to make an invoice, he only accepts payment in cash and at the moment or they do not make me the Work amazing. Logically I refuse to pay in cash. Operators hallucinated too, they a ten because they have no fault, the owner quite the opposite. Total that leave without doing the repair, a very professional company, yes sir.

With the agreed and signed budget; they decide not to do the work. Unprofessional and decisive. The only review (if we don't count this one) written by them ......nOf course, they have been kind enough to call.
