Some swindlersnOCTOBER 25, WE WILL BRING A WOOL CARPET. THEY LOST IT. AFTER WEEKS WAITING FOR YOUR CALL AND TRAVEL NO ANSWER. EVERYONE ONLY REQUESTED THE RETURN OF THE COST OF THE CARPET AND THE RETURN OF THE COST OF THE WASHING THAT I WILL BE COVERED.nFINALLY NO CASE OF THE CLAIM THROUGH THE GENERAL CONSUMPTION SERVICE. ONLY A JUDICIAL CLAIM MAKES ME.nIt looks like I am not the only one who loses a piece but people do not claim. BUROCRACY MASS FOR THE COST OF A CLOTHING CLOTH AND THAT IS BASED TO TAKE OUT OF THE CONSUMER.

I brought a blanket to dry clean, they told me that day I had to go get it, I could not go for health reasons, after a few weeks I went, my surprise was when I got home, I took it out of the bag that they put on it and It was all damp and it smelled rotten, I had to take it to another dry cleaner to wash it again and when I went to complain they told me it was impossible, the smell it gave off was unbearable.

I went for a promotion that is advertised on the web, you leave two suits and the second one comes out at 50%. What a scam when they tell me in store that they have nothing (BUT IF IT IS PUBLISHED ON THE WEB !!!!). I will not return to any of their franchises in life, and I do not recommend anyone to go, any small dry cleaner will have more adjusted prices.

Terrible service The first and last time I use it. A month and 3 days to wash a jacket for the neck and cuffs and the worst thing is that a stain appears behind that did not exist before wearing it. It is useless to argue. Your word against his. It is best to go elsewhere to wash it.Of course, before giving it to you you have to go 80 times to ask for explanations Recommendation: if you have affection for a garment, they will not treat it as you would like, so think twice. It is a pity.
