Very poor customer service and unsafe!nWe do not recommend this experience, particularly for beginner riders.nWe booked a 2h ride specifying that neither myself nor my partner had ever ridden a horse before and were therefore complete beginners - the person on the phone reassured us that there was no problem.nWhen we arrived, the guide didn’t introduce herself and didn’t give us any induction as to how to ride and how to behave with the horses. Shortly after starting the ride my horse decided to lie down to rub her back against the sand. This meant that I fell off the horse and had to be careful not to get my leg trapped underneath. The guide barely turned, rolled her eyes at me just instructed me to ‘get back on’, without dismounting to help me back up. She didn’t ask whether I was ok or gave any reassurance as to how to prevent that from happening again.nShe later said that this horse had this ‘vice’ as it was an old horse, that was lazy and didn’t want to go out for rides much, adding that it had done the same thing a few times, including the previous day. We felt that this was probably not the best choice of horse for a complete beginner.nMy partner's horse started galloping a couple of times and similarly the guide looked just annoyed and didn't provide any assistance.nDuring the ride, the guide didn’t talk to us at all as she decided to bring a friend and spent all of the time chatting with him. She only turned to check how we were doing a few times.nAt the end of the ride she didn’t even say good bye to us. Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Professionally run family business.nWe had two hikes - one hour and three hours - both were incredible.

My 13 year old daughter and I did the 5 hour excursion in July 2017! The guide spoke English! The horses were fresh, fit and happy in their work. The excursion took us through a lovely forest, then through a natural park and conservation area down to where the mouth of the river meets the sea! Beautiful sites! We even managed to jump some little logs by the sea and walked the horses through the seawater! The excursion was well balanced with lots of gallops, trotting and walking for 5 hours. The last gallop back to the stables was fast furious and brilliant!
