I went for an emergency since my veterinarian could not help me the first thing they made me ask for money for 100 euros per emergency without listening to the consultation ... apart from that they cannot draw blood from the sedan dog and they charge me 20 euros because they are useless after having left 1300 euros. After the whole process they said they would call me I'm still waiting for the call but the money they ask for it had gone six years ago and they had not treated me like that, on the contrary now I hope not to return and they teach them to deal with it client who is very important if they have a clinic each independent would think better ......
Amazing since I went because I had no other choice, since my vet did not attend emergencies today. I arrived and the first thing they did to me without urgent attention was to open a file in which they only asked me for my ID that I was not wearing in the rush and my partner, thank God, yes; He did not ask me for information about my dog, he only pointed out that the emergency consultation would be € 100 and that if I wanted to, he would calculate the cost in itself that it would be approximately € 250 without hospitalization, which given what was seen would have to be admitted and it would be more money. Of course, I was surprised that someone who had € 250 on the 21st of the month and that still seemed excessive to me even though it was an emergency, kept quiet and offered me no other option than leaving. It is clear that I will not recommend it to anyone and seeing the previous reviews it is obvious that we will never step on it again.

I really border those who attend on the phone, and bad reputation in veterinary degree,
An incompetent veterinarian who is in the emergency department, did not want to take care of my dog, all I wanted was to charge the € 75 consultation so my dog died, and even contacting another veterinarian did not want to do anything. That girl has no vocation or heart and should not practice this profession. I should sue her for negligence, it's better that my dog does not die tonight.
