The clerk is a very unfriendly and rude lady. I went in to ask about some shoes that I had seen in the shop window and, very rudely, she ordered me to use the hydroalcoholic gel as soon as I entered (despite attending a client) and without responding to my greeting. As an answer I left and I am not going to return to said store. In other branches of Ochoa they are much friendlier, especially Elena who was on Delicias street but they closed it in September and have transferred her to Actur.

Good, comfortable and quality shoes. Good brands.Ample and bright store. Central is well reached by tram. Return policy not very good
