They do not answer the phone from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition, you call 901106570 for payment (very expensive) and it does not work either, a machine jumps for you to check the social security website. But where can any citizen make a simple query?

You call and they pass you with a very slow recording, which despairs. All the numbers they offer you are 901 (out of pricing, so you pay) and if it is not one of the options, they have you there waiting and waiting without attending you. The way to get an appointment is true gibberish for someone who manages well with the Internet, let alone an elderly person or someone with difficulties. In short: a real shame.
