Exceptional Pilates center. Very good teachers, personalized attention, very small classes. All the facilities in the world if you have to change your schedule and they have 2 centers in ZAragoza. Highly recommended

Professionalism, great weather and best of all, it works !!!nWith hernia and lumbar protrusion, I was in pain and after two classes they disappeared.nI totally recommend it

The entire team at Pilates Avenue are great professionals, with personalized attention and adaptation of the exercises to each client depending on the injuries or limitations they have. They are also very kind and loving and give all the best of themselves.nI am training as a Pilates Mat instructor with them and I have to say that it is a 10 training. The next one will be that of Studio :)

In my case I have to say that I am very positive, of course.nI have an important hip operation and I have been on crutches and pains in that area for eight years.nThe improvement has been incredible, I have gained in elasticity and muscle mass, I no longer have backaches. The classes fly by, yes, you have to work a little, because to help you, you have to do your part as well.nThere are 20 private lessons with Alfredo, which I have for the moment, and I must say that he is a great professional and a great person. It is responsible for correcting each posture, each movement, each exercise. He knows what I should do and honestly, I chose this site for hunch and x comments, and after the first class, I knew that I had found a site and a person who could help me. He was also very honest from the beginning.nI can not be happier and more grateful, I know that all the teachers are in continuous learning and the feeling that I have left when leaving the classes is to have someone who is helping me to move forward. I am a person operated by a herniated disc, in my case I have back pain almost every day and I have to resort to ibuprofen to try to calm it. Since I go to Pilates Avenue twice a week I have forgotten my back pain and go to the pharmacy to buy ibuprofen.
