When I took my daughter and they gave me a budget of € 1000 everything was wonderful. But when I told them that what goes into social security was going to be done there and that they did not agree with some concept of the budget, it was all bad faces and bad answers. The head of the clinic, a certain Susana, very proudly told me that she was from that rare percentage of the population and that she was going to do things to me in social security. The girl who treated my daughter a charm but the attention from this person leaves much to be desired, to put it in good manners. From what I have seen everything is great until you do not share something with them that treat you as if you were trash.

The two times my daughter has been to the pediatric dentist at this clinic (Sara), it has been great. I think she is a wonderful professional and she has a lot of hand with girls and boys and that my daughter is very young (now she is two years old). And Susana is fantastic too. I don't know what position he holds in the company but he treated us very well and helped me get the best birthday present for my daughter. It helped me make her very, very happy and that is not forgotten. Thanks to these two fantastic women! The treatment of the staff is very friendly and close, nothing to do with the dentists I am used to. I love the facilities: clean, bright, the part for girls and boys is very beautiful (my daughter loves the crocodile and the dinosaur). The covid protocol is respected. Before I did not like the attention at the reception but now there is another person who I really liked. Of course, the e-mails are not usually answered but I imagine that this can happen if they have a lot of work. I am very happy and I recommend it 100%. My partner went to the dentist (adults) and is happy too. I'll make an appointment for myself as soon as I can.

The team was very attentive to the children ... But I felt cheated and it was when I took my daughter to my lifelong dentist ... And I didn't have half of the things that they told us about the girl. Sorry but neither recommend nor will we return.

They solved the problems I had with the implants that I had in another clinic and they have inserted new ones. They are very professional and the treatment they have given me has been exceptional. I recommend it for any type of oral treatment by the staff and the facilities
