With an influx of political and economic migrants and refugees from Africa and Asia which has increased significantly since 2014, the European Union is going through a new crisis undermining its political and social unity. More than a million people unofficially entered the Schengen Area in 2015 and the policy of distributing these people among the member countries, decided at Community level, is rejected by part of public opinion and governments. . Germany chooses to host a large part of them but due to the physical flows of people moving from the countries of southern Europe to those of the north and the resulting problems, some of the internal and external borders of the Space are closed.
On June 23, 2016, a majority of the population of the United Kingdom decided by referendum to leave the European Union, a new government was formed for this purpose and the majority of European governments urged it to activate the exit procedure as soon as possible without being certain of the consequences for the United Kingdom or the European Union. This approach is part of the succession of crises that Europe is going through and which is leading to a return to more conservative national policies; two referendums relating to the EU were also rejected in 2016 in the Netherlands and Hungary. Following the United Kingdom's decision to leave the Union, on June 28, 2016, the Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, declared herself in favor of " in-depth reflection ”on the EU, whose role she wishes to reaffirm. In this uncertain context, she presents the Union's new global strategy on the common foreign and defense policy.
On March 29, 2017, the United Kingdom becomes the first Member State to activate Article 50 of the EU T, officially launching the withdrawal procedure of the country from the European Union which results in negotiations planned over a period of two years in order to to undo the various links.
Despite the multiplication of crises that it has to manage, the European Union remains an attractive pole for its neighbors. Some states, such as Iceland, are considering relaunching their accession process or stepping up their efforts in this direction, as is the case for the Balkan states; while other political entities wish to remain in the European Union while gaining independence or greater political autonomy.
On November 21, 2018, the European Commission justified the opening of a sanction procedure targeting Rome by non-compliance with European criteria in terms of public debt reduction, Italy having a public debt of more than 130% of its GDP while the European rules in force provide for a ceiling of 60% of GDP. Pierre Moscovici, the European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, however assured that a dialogue would take place between the European institutions and Italy before any measures are taken. Finally, on December 18, 2018, an agreement was reached between the two parties, the Italian government of Conte agreeing to revise its budget downwards for 2019, in accordance with the requests of the European Commission.

They are more interested in getting money than in making students learn and more when cases are in dire need, now I understand why most Segovians go to study in Valladolid, Salamanca or Madrid
A really impressive building!
A modern but sad university.
the facilities are neither well thought out nor well organized.
In the classrooms it is hot and as you get too cold. the blinds that they have in the classrooms are wooden doors that either open or close there is no middle ground. Many projectors do not work. when it rains there are leaks that lead to leaks. In the library there is an amount of noise and the cubes that they have built for people to study are not very well thought out because the door when it opens makes a lot of noise which decentralizes a lot.
I would not recommend studying on this campus.
Excellent attention.
