We went there to celebrate a birthday and everything was great! We ordered the revuelto de setas, ensalada de bacalao, y croquetas de txipirones, and it was all good. Presentation of the steak before cooking is a nice touch of service. The chuletón was a quality cut and delicious. The brownie dessert and sweet burger were nice too. The brownie served warmed would have been better, but it was good anyways. Service was good and the servers were attentive. I'd like to see them participate in the pintxo pote on Thursdays and include a pinchuleta, mini hamburgers, and croquettes becuase that's what they do best and have no competition for the pinchuleta. Also, if they offered a menu with a taste of the different chiletones that they have I would be willing to pay extra for that. If they changed the plates after the first plate that would be a nice touch to elevate their service. The restaurant as a whole was clean and we will definitely return.

Third time we've ordered burgers to go. The first time when I got home the burgers were cold from the camera.nThe second time I asked for the meat undercooked and a slipper arrived.nThe third time it had too much sauce and garnish and it was cold again. So much sauce and garnish that it does not fit in the tiny bread. Everything overflows and the bread falls apart. We have had to eat it on a plate and with cutlery.nI suppose the meat would be good, because with so much mushroom sauce it didn't taste like anything else.nIt is seen that they want to do it but with very little success. All three times I have been left with the feeling that it is very expensive for what they give.nA shame, because we have given 3 opportunities to the neighborhood business and they have spoiled them. End of story.

Disaster! We went with my partner to the place a long time ago, we did not think it was bad, normal quality and a somewhat expensive price for a hamburger ... At the beginning of the pandemic we decided to pick up an order at the place adding extras to the hamburgers ... They were nowhere, we called the place and 0 solutions ... this past Sunday, we decided to give the place a chance again, the craving for fast food was stronger than the past experience ... a real mistake !. Again we asked for two burgers with extras, mushrooms, egg, avocado ... this time only one of the extras was missing, the avocado ... although the mushrooms were more like pot mushrooms and the egg ... the egg was in a separate box and well disassembled ... it seemed that it had been vomited in the container ... b We called the premises again, their response was a simple apology and to summon me to a call from the boss to find a solution. No one has called me and I doubt they will ... a real disappointment ... without a doubt I will never ask for anything from that place again.nSHAME

When we saw the look of the hamburgers on his Instagram, we did not doubt it: it was time to try one of those hamburgers. Looking at its price and its appearance, we could imagine its quality. What a bummer.nThe burger without flavor and with excessive sauce (so much that no other flavor is appreciated, and the bread is soaked leaving the burger destroyed).nVery mediocre meat: nothing juicy, overcooked and tasteless. And in size, for what it seems they are, they have seemed small (tall yes, but small).nPaying € 10 for this hamburger that doesn't even come with potatoes has been very expensive for us. Honestly, first and last time we eat here. Too bad.

Everything perfect, the truth is that if you are a meat lover you have to go to try their burgers, we recommend the Ganeko. Very friendly and kind staff.
