Citizen abuse bad treatment they treat you as if you were trash basura they look over your shoulder when they are living from you they threaten you they give you laughter and do not warn that now they do not attend without an appointment so that you go and do not meet the deadlines they are scavengers I prefer to wake up in a polygon with a lung less than going here to feel violated

Incompetence and bad faith, they delay in all procedures on purpose, ask for documentation that has already been delivered, and threaten the non-processing at the time you ask for an explanation, I have not seen people so extremely mean and incompetent at the service of the citizen in nowhere ... amazing,
