I went for a keratin, they told me I was 90% straight, I went at the agreed time and I had to wait 40 minutes, the keratin they made for me had never been seen, I still thought it was another way to do it, since it didn't even iron They ran through my hair. I went 3 days without washing my hair or picking it up, as recommended. On the fourth day I washed it and my hair was the same as it was before, I went to talk to them and they tell me that my hair was frizzy (my hair is not very wavy) not happy with this, he talks to me in a bad way as if I had bad spoken. I had already done the keratin some time ago and my hair was completely straight. The money has already been lost but I hope it does not happen to another person, because it makes you angry to pay for something and that they steal your face and on top of that they call you a liar. Thank you
