We have been coming to Esther's clinic for many years and we have to insist on how well we have always been treated and the very good professionals that all members of the team are. The clinic is immaculate, clean and Dr. Monica is a professional. It is a pity that the girl who manages the appointments, Alicia is not at the same height as her peers. I call for an appointment in September for my son, I tell him what I need, apart from having my son's file and he knows what is pending, I tell him that it is surely necessary to remove the nerve. He gives me the appointment at the end of November. I arrive for the appointment and the doctor cannot see my son because she needs an hour for him and Alicia had assigned him 15 minutes. I wait a month and a half for him to come home with the same unsolved problem. Unbelievable mismanagement by Alicia. The last straw comes when the next appointment he gives me is for the middle of January ... only on that date can my son be seen. They realize that if I say kill the nerve it is because my child is in pain. I have gone to another clinic and in the same week they fix everything since they understand that what my son has is an emergency. Alicia is a superb person and manages to lower the quality of the clinic.
