Delicious paella! Must try. Also lovely place and people running it. You can only have individual portions on thursday or take away for minimum 5 people the rest of the week, but worth to take even if you are not 5 as we did. And definitely try their speciality coffee!

very local a regular bar/restaurant but do quality you sit in a side street all chilled...faura as a village has some interesting bits of architecture from 15th century

Great wood-made paella that we ate on Thursday, really, the authentic Valencian with that incomparable flavor. The dessert, an exquisite homemade coffee flan. And all with salad and appetizers € 9. What more could you want? Wood paella only on Thursdays.
