Terrible telephone attention, they make an appointment and no one appears, without even notifying. The person who answers the phone is of a total edge.
In spite of not acquiring my boiler there, the attention given was very complete and taking a lot of trouble, grateful for the attention
Bad attention. They are given a notice on a Wednesday, and a week later they have not yet passed. There is no way to contact the plumber by phone who has to go. In the end, I looked for another.
Good treatment, customer orientation and speed. They solved a problem with the air conditioning and recently another one with the plumbing. This is the type of professionals that one likes to find. Thank you!
Bad telephone service, the person who is dedicated to serving customers speaks with contempt and is very unpleasant in the deal, resulting in rudeness. They commit themselves to come one day and without warning they do not appear. They do not solve the problem but they pass the bill to you. A total disaster.
