I have gone to return a ring from which some pebbles fell the day after its purchase. The treatment by the owner and a clerk has been terrible. As soon as I arrived, they responded with bad manners stating that the fault that the ring has lost several stones is mine for, among some arguments based on assumptions, scrubbing, not being careful, using it while I work and not taking it off when I get home. I imagine that they will observe me secretly to know how my day to day is ... I doubt that an office job causes a new ring to be not in perfect condition.nThe clerk, in particular, has responded with an air of superiority and with a very unpleasant tone. I am afraid that the treatment of the client is not the best of its virtues.nFor my part, just to say that I will not buy anything in this jewelry again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Talavera has very good businesses to waste time in places where they treat you with contempt.nA greeting.

We bought two silver wedding rings which cost us 35 euros both with the engraving. We tried them on before the lady cut them off the shelf where they have them. Then the lady took the ones she wanted, giving us one more number of the two alliances. When we went to pick them up they were too big for us and we had to take her because she was telling us with all her face that it is because of the heat we had swollen fingers (we bought them in the afternoon and we picked them up in the morning), it turned out that the small number was for the bigger finger and the other finger was much bigger. We went to return them because it was impossible to put them on and everything was very good, we were attended by a boy who solved them quickly, gave us a smaller size and would record it well. We live in Seville and we have not been able to go to collect them, therefore I have had to send someone to collect them, because with all their faces they have charged 4 euros for the engraving, when we had already paid for it. Better not go to this store because it is a big scam. For less money than it cost us I would have done better elsewhere. A pitiful store.
