I went a couple of days ago to get color (highlights and dye) AND Olaplex done.nI was wearing beige balayage ... (made in another salon, with quite a significant previous expense) I wanted to raise the tone to roots and throw it a little more to gold. I was not at all happy with the color, highlights, I had 4 counted! and there were oranges !! and the root and means very dark ... what I asked was NOTHING like what the person in question did to me, who also could not give me a solution when I spoke to her on the phone the next day and she told me that she was the owner! ! (which I later learned was not true) so I had to go personally ready to make a claim and if it wasn't for Mary who offered to sort everything out for me with great kindness I would have done it. She gave me an appointment for the next day !! bone today and managed to completely fix my hair. I'm super happy! really, despite the first bad experience, I highly recommend this hairdresser and especially Mary !! he got as much as possible what I wanted. I also recommend vanesa since today I took advantage and did a facial cleaning and I am also very satisfied. It's nice to meet competent and friendly people! ud83dude00
