I have placed 3 or 4 orders with these people in the last 2 years and I have never had any problems with them, in fact, I like them because they have cheap prices and the order always arrives at my house in less than 48 hours. They work with Correos and you can track your order to see where it is going and when it will arrive, for me that is essential. I suppose each experience is personal, but in my case I am happy with them and I definitely recommend them.

They never pick up the phone, they never respond to messages and when they do it is to tell you that they cannot do anything to resolve your order received in poor condition. Nothing professional. Now they respond. I called them the next day leaving my information and they never returned the message. I sent them the call log. There are always excuses to keep people's money. The product was damaged from the factory and they blame the carriers. Unpresentable.

3 days ago I contacted them and I'm still waiting for a response.nRegarding small household products, they mislead advertising.nnI write again and write the same thing I already said. I reiterate what I said. You have not answered me, I have checked the email again and nothing has come to me. As for the hangers, if you sell that they are colored, and if you buy more than one pack, the logical thing is that you send them in the colors you want but different, and if not, the professional thing is that you contact the client to inform that you only have one color and that the client decides if he wants to continue. It seems to me that you take advantage of the situation we are in and you have wanted to get rid of what you have the most stock. And if you don't know how to accept a criticism, it's your problem. And I have capture of the conversation thread of the mail, in which it is clear that you have not answered at any time.

Order not received, think twice before throwing money away. I will go to the police so that this does not happen to other people and to try to recover my money.
