Fatal, I do not recommend buying on this page in my case they have a wrong indicated a product I buy when it arrives I see that it does not match, I let them know and my surprise is that they tell me they did their job well that it was not their fault . Nor did they bother to try to fix anything. NOT RECOMMENDED BUYING HERE.

Well I received my package, which was a divider and a guide for the cage. When I opened the box there was only the separator, I get in touch with them ... And they treated me as a liar ... That I had told her to see if it slipped in ... For a paltry 3 euros I wasn't going to lie ... Very bad treatment. I do not recommend it at all!
I bought a cage online, I paid for it, and two days later they refund the payment because they say there is an error on the web and they do not send to the islands. They only warned with a phrase, no apologies or anything. The error is still on the web.
Delighted with my purchase. I had a problem with the order and they solved it over the phone very quickly, so I received it in one day. They have been very attentive and also on their website they have many products that I have not found in other physical stores. I know where to go for food and accessories for my birds because they have been 10.
