MUITO MAU !!nComprei este monitor e começou a aparecer riscos pretos .. sem duvida isto é dead pixel..nA empresa não quer assumir o defeito do monitor.. diz que foi mau uso.nEmpresa muito fraca .nTentam enganar o cliente.

The service they offer after purchasing a product is really bad. I asked for a product with a specific reference and the one that came to me had a different reference so it was not suitable for my laptop. They always claiming that it should be worth it. To my surprise, searching their website, they had both references.nIf I ask for a product with a reference, at least they send me what I have ordered so that I can see if it really works or not, or in case of not having stock, they notify it. But things are not done that way, after talking to them several times, their only solution was for me to return the product at my expense. A shame, but I will not buy any items from them.

I did not know the store, but looking for a replacement screen I found it on their website. I ordered a Lenovo G50-80 laptop screen online to replace the broken one and I couldn't be more pleased. Very fast and well protected shipping and the perfect new quality screen, now changed and running luxurious. I recommend this store.

It remains to assume responsibility. I bought a charger, which in the description said that it worked for my laptop, and when it arrived the plug did not work. JVS asked me for photos and so on and determined that it was indeed useless. They told me to return it at my cost, which I refused, since the error was his in description. The photo did not specify measurements of the plug, and I am not an expert on the subject. Apart from the fact that I already paid the shipping costs, it did not seem correct to pay them again and I let him know, without receiving a response. I have not returned the item due to lack of confidence that this will reach the end of the process. A pity, I think my request was fair and I opted for a local business and not a giant that crushes small businesses, but lacks professionalism and proactivity. After this I bought a photo editing tablet, a gaming mouse, camera and speakers and not with JVS, you can guess with whom. Shipping costs that you do not assume are expensive ... So, comrades, no.
