Unbeatable attention. We went there to find something for us after suffering an overbooking on the same day of arrival in a rural house in the area (Antaviana Club Cultura) that we had booked on our own since February. María and her partner went out of their way to find us something for the 10 days we had reserved, to enter the same day, in the middle of August and in the middle of the pandemic. In the end they found us an incredible place and everything went well partly thanks to them. They saved us the holidays ... A 10.
Scammers. They tell you that you can hire a plane ticket with cancellation insurance and when you cancel it in a justified way they put all kinds of obstacles in order not to return your money with a thousand different excuses. In the end you have to ask for the return through a trial, as is my case. Be very careful with these scoundrels.
It is an excellent place to make a good purchase of both air and ground tickets, delighted with the attention and treatment.
Nothing recommendable. They cheated us and charged us almost 1000 euros more than the agreed price. They also gave us a contract with inconsistencies in dates and times to the detriment of the client and do not give any response to the claim. They elude responsibilities. Lack of professionalism
