We were there last week, for the first time, we went for the Christmas decorations and there were a lot of things. We went around the place, which is very large, and we thought it was great. Despite being self-service, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. I will return without a doubt.

It has been open for just under a month and I have been there twice. Both times the same impression: disastrous customer service! A single box and an incredible line of half an hour of literal clock, the supposed manager mistreated the employees, corridors in which you cannot pass because all the boxes were in the middle ... well. I honestly go to Chinese and they are the same products and it doesn't give me such a bad image

Another whole hundred, disorganized and they cheat with the prices, when you look for the clearly visible large label, a price comes but when paying is another, why do you have to look at the second price of a miniscule size that is not seen with the naked eye, it will be legal but it is still a deception to the consumer, buy only one item and that is why I realized if you buy several things you do not realize that for something that says 1.50 they will charge you 1.75, Beware !!!!

It is a store in the industrial estate of Torrelavega, Sierrallana, you have everything, to decorate the house, candles, flowers, baskets, endless of beautiful things, prices? €, very good prices. I recommend it.

All very poorly organized, boxes and cardboard on the floor making it difficult to pass, long queues to pay and without any capacity control at the door, the real price of the products appears in a tiny size, making the customer think that it is the one that appears big (which is cheaper), and to top it off at the checkout, unfriendly staff. A disaster.
