Delighted to have discovered yoga. The teacher, Olivia, is a charm and a crack. Classes with few people and the room where it is taught very acclimated. My back and my soul are enchanted.

My favorite space to practice yoga.nFamily atmosphere, shala with a special charm and especially my teacher.nOlivia is a well full of wisdom that knows how to transmit the essence of Yoga. Always attentive, with her wonderful adjustments, adapting each asana to what each person needs and everything with a unique and special affection and warmth.
