I did a meditation course, I had never done anything like it and I loved it, great professionalism and attention, the truth is that I learned a lot, because of the covid all the things that were proposed could not be done, but I hope they can be done soon. We have gone Alai and I, pregnant and with Alai with 3 months. It is a meeting place between women and meeting with yourself and your baby. A respectful space, without judgments, where they accompany you in being and being. For us a little bit of pleasure and connection.
