The best brand, we have 4 vehicles purchased there but the service is terrible. I asked for an aluminum rail to install an awning and they ordered the wrong part, they told me later that it could not be installed, I have sent them photos of everything installed in a van like mine and they do not answer. We always buy cars there but of course it is worth going to another wolkswagen dealer where they will listen to you.

The reason for putting only one star is because of how bad the vw advisor Rubén Rodríguez treated me, it didn't help me at all and it made me wait for an idea, I had a waiting list to take a replacement car and he told me it would take 3 weeks to give it to me, a month I went to see what was happening and he told me that there were people on vacation and on leave that would take 2 more weeks, I returned at 2 weeks and he tells me that it would still take 2 more weeks, for more people to know mine that also took the car to repair much later than I first gave them the replacement car before me, skips the list at will and way, the other super nice advisors and quickly Rodrigo solved it to me in a day when Rubén for a month and a half did not solve it, instead of speeding up it is going to slow down, this worker is damaging the vw brand of cars and if you are not happy to change jobs, thank you.
