Good English hard to find

Very poor. Every question seemed to be an inconvenience, they were more interested in talking on the phone or to each other. Didn't have the answers to basic tourist questions. Should be renamed the office of misinformation!.nUpdate, they were obviously expecting an important visitor as closed the office and laid a red carpet.
