Because they take a long time with the repairs and they regularly neglect the contact phone and if you leave a message on the answering machine they NEVER call you, so if it is already a problem to have a breakdown in the car they make it even bigger.
If you can, do not go to this dealer, the personal attention in the workshop is deprorable and the professional qualification of its mechanics leaves much to be desired. I took my JEEP for a routine check (€ 400) and as soon as I took it out I was left lying on the highway without oil, they had cut the oil hose.nThey were not even worth apologizing.nIN END WORSE IMPOSSIBLE
