The place, like the owner, is terrible, a month ago my partner's hair was dyed. 60 Pavazos. After a week there was none of the dye left. When I went to claim they were all bad faces, bad gestures and excuses, both with her and with me. With her, especially bad gestures. The normal thing, in my opinion, is that if you make a mistake, you treat the customer better, not like they did. When claiming they excused themselves that they had used a fantasy dye, which they did not notice when putting it on. Afterwards they excused themselves that they had to have used a special shampoo, which the hairdresser itself did not notice either, and then that the hair was damaged. Anyway, all excuses. They applied a dye again, they applied it reluctantly and badly, they only applied it to the roots, to run, and they didn't even dry her hair. What a shame to be a hairdresser. Today she has two-color hair, bleached at the ends and with dye at the roots, they don't know how to do anything well, they just charge, that's great for them.

The first and the last time I go to this site. They painted my hair and in 10 days all the color fell off, I went to complain and they told me it was my fault for not using a special shampoo (which they did not mention before). They did a tint (which only picked up the color at the root) I told him to dry my hair and even that did not do well.
