Rental car. First of all we didn't get the car we booked, then the car we got had flat tires and only half a tank of petrol. They were extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The lady at the place was late when we picked it up and returned it , even though we had told them when we would be there. We don't speak Spanish very well and feel they used this to take advantage of us. They didn't explain anything about the car, such as telling us only when we returned it that we had to pay a cleaning fee of 90€. They made us sign the contract for the car without even seeing it first.
No one attended to us when we arrived ... or when we had been there for more than 10 minutes. A disappointment
Very happy with the purchase. Juanjo attended us, a professional where you can see that he knows what he is talking about. At the beginning we chose a car and when we got home we saw another one on the web that we liked the most, he changed it without any problem, took care of all the steps and gave us his personal assessment helping us to choose the best according to our needs. The parking place is fine, but it is a buy your car! The same with a different name, the appraisal seems just as bad! But it's my opinion, there are people who are happy
