Every time I go to buy the medications that I have prescribed (because be careful if it is an emergency and you do not have a prescription, forget it), there is always a story involved, sometimes they do not let you buy it a couple of days before taking it and many Sometimes they don't have it and when they order it they have it wrong, they make you go around 20 times to get the medicine. In short, a lot of problems, as many people say, are saved by proximity, but they are completely incompetent.

A star because I can not put less. They never attend with a smile and the bad feeling they have between them is palpable. Not to mention bad professionalism. Furthermore, they do not worry about providing the service that clients need in specific circumstances. They forget that their clients are sick. That must be why they supplement professionalism with gifts.

A month ago I bought generic Ibuprofen 400mg at another pharmacy and paid 2 euros for it. Yesterday I went to buy at this pharmacy and when he asked me 5 euros for the same product, I asked what was due to such a difference in price. Their answer was that since it is a drug that has to be prescribed in versions starting at 600 mg, they (in their moral conscience I understand) do not want to be involved in people self-medicating, thereby setting the price of the drug high so that this does not happen. I do not know if they have noticed that they sell drugs and that these are for pain, that people (normally) do not take them for pleasure. With this sales policy, they stand as guardians of the people, educators and merchants of pain, imposing abusive prices for basic medicines that marginalize people with less economic capacity to access these resources to alleviate it. A shame and a shame at the same time.
