Prior to visiting this branch, I had been researching various opticians in Alcalá and decided to go with this one because of the great reviews. Honestly, the reviews did not lie, as I also had such a great experience. I was attended to by a lovely lady (called Monica I believe) and upon enquiring about booking an eye exam, she offered to do it immediately. She was so friendly, informative and caring. Although we communicated mainly in Spanish, I learned that she also understands and speaks English which came in handy when I could not communicate some things well in Spanish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially for English speakers who may be worried about not finding English speaking Opticians in Alcalá. For as long as I am in Alcalá, they will be my Opticians!

My family and I have always used this optician for glasses and contact lenses. The treatment is always extraordinary and without trileros games to try to sell you treatments that you do not need. They are very honest and have treated us without obligation whenever we have had any problem with the glasses.nnCurrently I do not live in Alcalá and I continue to go to them every time I need to graduate with new glasses.nnA 10.
