I have been going to this dentist for years and I have to say that I love it. The treatment they give you is wonderful and very close, and since they already know you and know your history, they know what you need, what you don't. They are very attentive and care about you, the truth is that few places I like as much as this one for their treatment.

Dissatisfied with the service of this dental clinic.nI finished the treatment 6 months ago today was the first warranty service and it was disappointing. To begin with, they did not know what I was going for, a girl attended to me without enthusiasm, without motivation, not very friendly for 10 in the morning I think she was just up ... For me, an unprofessional opinion. He was going to check the implant ..... He looked at me over the top, hurrying and running, it took half a minute to tell me that the implant was fine .... That I had to clean and reinforce my lower teeth for who had mobility and lack of bone.nI was freaking out !! I do not understand it in 4 x-rays that they did as they did not see it? I have gone to a warranty review, they did not give me a budget for a cleaning and to reinforce I don't know what ..... It is clear neither implant review or anything, to take advantage of it. My husband did a cleaning and to begin with they hurt him, they treated him very badly, another one like today's unkind ... I do not do a cleaning here or for free !! I will have it done in another place, and I will try to take care of the implant so that I do not have to return or have a revision. I put up with coming here as unfortunately we funded the crown.nI also have to say that the only person who has treated me correctly is a Venezuelan girl who gave me the implant and I just have to say that she is a great professional, she is kind and takes great care for the client.nAh the implant failed me the first time !! Supposedly they had finished they gave me no guarantee. The second time I tried, which is the one I have, they gave it to me. I also had to tell the receptionist to put the next review on the guarantee because the man did not learn to mark as that he had come to the review today and mark the next date. A disaster !!

Bad service, I have sensitivity when chewing on all the fillings that have been applied to me, the dentist (unfortunately I do not know her name because she did not even introduce herself properly) seems to hate her job, the fillings are done in less than 15 minutes, she does not even wait for the anesthesia to take effect.nVery bad experience, I do not recommend it at all.

A shame of the clinic, in 2017 they made me a reconstruction and they put a crown on me, in December 2019 the filling of the reconstruction and the crown fell off, in January I went to have it fixed and glued the crown .. they give me 2 appointments but none with the one who does this work at the end I was caught in confinement and I went in June, he told me that it was a little late but that he was going to stick it on me with a stronger cement .. as he no longer fit, he began to polish the top crown of another tooth until you see the metal damaging it too ... a month after the work they do me the same tooth is infected and a week later the crown falls off again, I go to the clinic and they say that It's my fault because I bite a lot at night (they don't even believe it) the solution they give me is to remove the tooth and make an implant. EXPENSIVE € 1275, in addition to the fact that I paid 2 times for the reconstruction and once for the crown. I ASK FOR THE COMPLAINT SHEET AND THE GIRL GIVES ME A SHEET FROM THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, TOURISM AND SPORTS ... the first one that appears on Google. I ask if this is the correct sheet to make sure it's okay .. he reads the sheet and tells me yes .. that this is the good sheet .. the next day I pass and I tell him that he has to give me the real one, not the one It can only be used in bars restaurants etc ... and when I see that I continue with mine, it gives me the true one but I wanted to deceive myself. NOT RECOMMENDED I CAN DEMONSTRATE ALL THE FACTS WITH THE TWO CROWNS, THAT I HAVE THEM (ONE IN THE WALLET) AND A REPORT FROM ANOTHER CLINIC.
