In response to the owner: the misunderstanding lies in telling us on the day of the visit that the quotes that are going to be given to us are not binding on each other, when later it turns out that you either keep everything or nothing; and in emphasizing that the budget can be adjusted according to the offer of the competition, when the time comes they tell us that they are not interested in doing so. We only expected consistency, and not offer things that later do not comply.nTerrible experience, they came to visit the house to give us an estimate. We have no complaints about the person who came, he explained everything they would have to do and we asked for SEPARATE estimates for each of the things we wanted to do (to be able to choose, depending on the prices, what we could do and what not). Also, before he left, he told us that if we were offered a better quote from another company, an improvement could always be appreciated.nWell, what is our surprise when today we tell you that in another company they give us a better price, but that we would like to see to what extent yours would be negotiable and they tell us that there is no possible price adjustment. When we tell them that in this case, we would be interested in one of the items, they tell us that either they do everything that has been budgeted or they do nothing (when the paint for the different jobs is different paint).nIf you are not interested in doing only one of the jobs, first do not offer it, and second do not say that the three budgeted items go together when individual budgets were EXPLICITLY requested to be able to choose what we could do and what not.
