I bought an osmosis equipment for almost 400 euros and from the first week it did not work properly, refusing to replace it and blaming the distributor without offering a solution. From my personal experience I do not recommend buying in this store, since when faced with a problem they only blame the customer. It was my first and my last purchase.
I have only contacted them via WhatsApp and the treatment / assistance has been good. Too bad I couldn't visit the store. I traveled many kilometers and on Saturdays they were open until 2.
