Excellent service, very professional and friendly. We will return again. After spending several holidays in Tres Calas we would never book again with anybody else. Their service was second to none.

We have stayed this company on many ocassions and have always found them to be very caring, friendly and professional.

Family Villa Rentals provided us with an excellent pre-arrival service, keeping us fully informed regarding the constantly changing Covid-19 situation in Spain. And letting us know as soon as the European Aliance was made to confirm all borders would be open by the 1st of July. We found them professional, helpful, and accomodating to our requirements.

We booked with Family Villa Rentals back in January before the Covid started. We were told via their holiday rental contract to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance which is what we did. But we didnt need to use it. We found Family Villas very helpful, we contacted them several times, for advice and support and they always answered us honestly and with as much details as possible. They sent us a message as soon as the Spanish President confirmed Spain would be opened up by the 1st of July and then again when the European Leaders confirmed they would all be open by then if not sooner. They explained to us that the area we are visiting is in the top 3 health provinces of Catalunya and that they were setting out very responsible stages of return to normality and social distancing to get the bars and restaurants and beaches back open. Our holiday was booked for the 1st of August, we travelled as planned and arrived to a warm welcome from Lucy and Martin who explained the villa would be ready for us by 4.00pm as promised and that the cleaning teams were working to the strict sanitising and disinfecting protocols to ensure everything was fully safe for us. They also told us that the pool had been cleaned that morning and the chlorine levels checked to ensure safe swimming, and that the pool would be cleaned and chemical levels checked at least twice per week during our stay. We were immediately reassured and ready to enjoy our holiday which we did. We left this with a very heavy heart, after a fantastic holiday. We found the service provided by the Family Villas team second to none. We will recommend them to friends and family and will will definitely come back, because wealso loved the local area and the beautiful beaches all around us.
