I made a booking for new beginners diving with this company through a booking service two days ago, and it all was confirmed. When I shows up today the instructor that was present told me that he told his manager yesterday that because of other bookings they didn’t have time for mine. The manager didn’t inform the booking company about this. During my dialogue with the booking company I was told that this wasn’t the first time they had problems with this company. Based on this I must give others a warning aboutMarina Diving Center. Stay away......
A bit dirty, but in general the facilities are fine. We have done Diving with Alex, Javi and Albert. We have been very satisfied with the experience!
Unfortunate experience
After confirming three days before and sending us Javier, the owner, for a medical check-up in Tarragona, he gave us a sit-in, not showing up at the meeting point
I do not recommend it
Unfortunate treatment and nothing professional. The communication, mostly by whatsapp, was generally quite bad, with apparent unwillingness or unconcern. It saved words to the point of making messages confusing. To clarify things I had to end up calling on a couple of occasions. The day that the activity was going to take place, at the meeting point and half an hour after it was going to start, I call by phone to confirm the meeting place, and only at that moment it informs us that the activity has been canceled by Bad weather conditions. There was not the slightest apology on his part. In an activity that involves a certain risk, I finally decided not to put myself in the hands of a person so pasota and, in short, so unprofessional.
One of the best prepared facilities (showers, classrooms ...), air and nitrox loading center, diving (most divers come to this area), open all year round. Every day they do baptisms in Cala Llobeta
