This veterinary practice is to be avoided. I was returning to the UK with my dog and phoned to ask if they could supply a worming tablet to comply with the pet passport legislation. They said yes and told me the cost would be 11 Euros. When I got to the practice the vet reached towards the dog with her stethoscope whereupon she was told (and understood because she ceased immediately) that an examination was not wanted. The vet then supplied the tablet and noted this in the pet passport together with a further entry on the document that her examination had found the dog fit to travel. She then charged me a further 28 Euros for an examination she did not do. When I complained she told me that it was the law. On gaining access to my computer I was able to send her the link to the UK Government regulations which clearly show that within the E.U. an examination is not compulsory. The vet has consistently thereafter ignored my complaint, To my mind this is fraud and profiteering.

Excellent service received on both occasions we've visited this vets when holidaying in Spain. The vet handled our dog who doesn't take well to strangers with ease and, had her high fiving her in no time. No hesitation in using again when we're back staying in this part of Spain. Recommended.
