The Medysierra Clinic seems to me that it more than fulfills its function. I have managed to control my weight phenomenally, what I like the most is dealing with the doctor, her psychology when treating me, getting me to not throw in the towel when things don't go well for me, little by little lose the weight and gain in Health.

Last week I went to follow up on the maintenance of my diet with Dr. Ana Aguirre Tabernero.nnI arrived at my time, 16:30, but I was attending.nnWhen she left the office, instead of giving way to me, she gave way to another client who had arrived later than me. When I told him that I was there earlier, he told me to wait.nnWhen I came in for consultation at 4:55 p.m., I told her directly that that previous client had arrived later than me and that I had arrived on my time.nnNormally, you have always respected people who are on time over people who are late.nnShe told me in a very bad manner that I complained a lot, that I was often late (something that is not true), that she managed things the way she wanted because she was the boss and that she was not going to continue arguing with me because I had an appointment at 4:45 PM and he had only made me wait 10 minutes.nnTo this answer I took out his own card where he had written the time 16:30 in his own hand. When he saw it, he told me to quit now and to get on with the appointment.nnEVEN THOUGH HE SAW THAT THE MANAGEMENT ERROR WAS HIS HIS, he did not apologize, he continued with the bad tone, the bad words and for all that I decided to leave.nI am not blaming him for his mistake, but for the rudeness he had with me from start to finish.nHe walked me to the door to say goodbye as if I was not going to face the clients from outside.nnWith all this I also want to write down my bad experience with this doctor who has lost her professionalism in an unacceptable way.nnI am NOT bothered by mistakes, but by the rudeness and pride of this Doctor who is more interested in making money and having a good image, in recognizing her mistakes and apologizing.nnRESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE OF THE MEDYSIERRA CLINIC:nnAs I already detailed in my comment: I am not annoyed by the DELAY or the HUMAN ERROR, but by the rudeness and bad manners, unacceptable in a professional, with which she treated me in said consultation.nAs they say, I have been attending for almost a year with good results due to my enormous degree of discipline and involvement with you and myself (apart from the professionalism you mention), so this outcome is especially bitter.nI have also been waiting a week to make my public comment, in case the Doctor apologized and acknowledged her mistake (something she would have accepted), but she has only done so when she has encountered the public comment (so I completely doubt her sincerity and honesty).
