I bought a specialized epic in November 2019 and did not know where I was getting.nI only know that today I have neither money nor a bicycle.n1 year after the purchase of the specialized epic more than 6 months in the specialized la mitat mechanic it is also because of the covid but what we are going to, more than 7 times I took her for the same problem by sending an email to customer service of I specialized in the end calling 2 times, speaking the first time with a girl and the second time with a boy and I came to the conclusion that it was my worst purchase and all because the screw on the rear wheel loosened I am desperate and without money or bicycle or solution that penalty of attention to specialized client

I bought a Turbo Levo a little over 2 years ago now. An e-bike of more than € 5,000.nIn January 2020 a slight creaking begins to sound in the engine area, I take it to Specialized in Madrid. They check it out, send the engine to the dealer and swap it out for a new one after almost two months of waiting. The first engine lasted approximately 1,500 km. So far so good, as it should be with this brand.nnConfinement arrives, nothing to use the bike until June. I go out 3 times, in total it does not reach 200 km and halfway through the route the engine stops giving assistance.nI take it to Specialized, this time in Malaga. They check the engine and do the consultation to see if it is still under warranty because the date had already passed. They say yes, that covers it.nThey send the engine to Madrid. They have no stock. They ask me again to send them the invoice and then they tell me that since I have not bought the bike in Spain, that the warranty of the new engine does not cover me ... when the other time they did not give me problems and it is an engine that they have supplied me that has almost no use !!!!nObviously I protested to the store (Specialized intermediary) and explained the history. They talk to Specialized again and agree to change my engine.nnAfter almost two months, I receive the bike with the engine changed. I ask what warranty it has, because the last engine did not last 200 km, and they tell me that they DO NOT GIVE ME A GUARANTEE !!!!!!!!!!!nnIf the engine fails me again, I will have to file a lawsuit to claim my rights, because it is against the European directive not to give a guarantee with any repair. I find it unfortunate and very mean on the part of Specialized.nnA shame, because Specialized is supposed to provide the best after-sales service on the market and, at least in Spain, it is not.

I have a problem with some power s-works cranks and by phone nobody gives me a solution, the customer service is disastrous and the customer treatment more of the same, the mails take a long time to respond, I just hope they can solve the problem.

After a month of waiting for a guarantee, they tell me that they have no stock and that they don't know when they will have. Totally unfortunate the after sales service of a sworks client
