Ivan is always thinking of ways to provide choice and variety, not only to the food but also to every time younnCATERING TOOnI placed the above review about Revolution some time ago, but I now need to place another review to share my experience of the outside catering provided by the Ivan, his wife Paula and their team.nnOur wedding took place in July and we invited family from Wales, USA, Germany, and of course, Spain to spend a week with us at a house we rented in La Cabrera.nThe price was competitive and the standard of the decoration, service and food was exceptional. It really did exceed my expectations.nI had discussed what I wanted with Ivan on a few occasions before the day and I admit to being a little concerned as my wife had very little input. I was delighted and my new wife said that she could not think of one thing that could have been improved. The food was excellent, varied and plentiful. Paula led the service team and arranged the decoration, which was lovely, with many nice personal ‘touches’.Jonathan and the young lady (sorry, I forget her name) were very nice and very attentive to everyone, especially my elderly parents. Nothing was too much trouble. People insisted that Ivan and his kitchen support (sorry, I forget his name too) come to see us to congratulate and thank them personally.nAll in all...EXCELLENT.

A beautiful, cosy, modern place in Tres Cantos. We loved the food, it was really tasty and healthy. The owner Ivan is super friendly and professional. We’ll definitely come back when we’re visiting the area next time!

A different but wonderful place. They have many vegan dishes, as well as some quite innovative ones. Awesome service and affordable price.
