I want to highlight the attention and great predisposition of the officer Jose Luis, who did everything he could to get my papers in order with me. All the team very friendly, helpful. So nice!
I have attended today 11-04-2020, to do a procedure with my mother, who is in a wheelchair. Incredibly friendly and helpful. From the entrance they welcome you with a smile! Super efficient and do not put buts if the papers are in order. An example of how all immigration offices should work!
