César, the teacher, is a very laid back person. I had never gone to a yoga class so I didn't know what to expect, but César was there to pay attention to every detail.nnThe local is small so the class was very personal and the ambience was dim and relaxing. The teacher guided us through the exercises with friendliness and gentleness but also paid attention to our posture, intensity and intent.nnI had anxiety about going and embarrassing myself with a rigid body and cracking joints, but time flew by and by the time I was wondering how much of the class was left, César announced that we were on the last exercise.nnI left feeling aware, relaxed, with more perspective and even a tiny bit blissful!nThis was a great experience and on top of that, they gave me some tea to take home.nI am moderately sore, which is fair, because I don't exercise much, but if things go well in the next couple of days, I hope to be able to go again soon!nnOn top of everything, the first class was free! What are you waiting for?

It is a place designed, for relaxation and the practice of yoga, I met it online, and I loved it, also the teacher Cesar is great.

It is a special place for physical well-being and an encounter with serenity, in a neat and cozy space. Cesar is a great teacher who accompanies you in taking care of our body and finding ourselves again. The connection and relaxation that is generated in the classes is incredible.
